    Code of Conduct

ACRA’s Code of Conduct sets out shared expectations for ethical, professional and responsible behaviour. It reflects the realities of African markets while promoting respect for workers, customers and the environment.

The Code is designed to build trust in remanufactured products and protect the reputation of the industry as a whole.

    Quality & Technical Standards

ACRA recognises internationally accepted quality and testing standards. At the same time, we understand that African markets are at different stages of development.

Our approach is one of progressive compliance, supporting members in improving quality and operational practices over time rather than imposing unrealistic requirements.
